The 2010 Volkswagen New Beetle is heavily-inspired by its predecessor of past decades, only this year’s model features all the equipment and features available thanks to our advancing technology.
As opposed to the Beetle of past times, the New Beetle features a 2.5L five-cylinder engine located at the front of the vehicle, along with other performance features like a five-speed manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch, and power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. Standard equipment that provides responsive handling and control includes front MacPherson struts, a track correcting torsion beam rear axle, Anti-Slip Regulation, and the Electronic Stabilization Program with brake assist.
